We take you and your security very seriously. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that you have the easiest and safest possible online shopping experience. Below you will find detailed information on how we deal with your order, your money, and your security.

Returns 

All returns must have an authorization number. Call 800-477-7977 to receive this authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will be refused.


Warranty 

If any item is defective, it must be reported to ooeygooey.com within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Please call 800-477-7977 for assistance in return procedure.


Damage Claims 

If your order is damaged during shipment, please submit damage claims to the freight delivery company.

 


Shipping 

We generally ship via UPS Ground. Expedited and rush orders can be arranged for an additional charge. Normal delivery is within 10 business days.

At ooeygooey.com we respect your privacy and thank you for your ongoing support. All information provided to Ooey Gooey, Inc on and offline is for internal use only. At no time will any personal information be distributed to other parties.

Ooeygooey.com does not collect personally identifiable information about visitors to our sites, except where it is supplied by our visitors for use in our online community and secure online catalog. When using the online community the visitor is asked to supply basic contact information including their name and email address. All other information such as website url or mailing address is supplied voluntarily to enhance the community and participate in our mailing list. Q) Do you charge sales tax?

A) Only for orders delivered within New York and Indiana.
